One of the most common questions in a job interview is “What are your strengths and weaknesses?” More often than not, talking about one’s strengths is not a difficult task. Talking about one’s weaknesses is a different story, however.
What you should do is pinpoint a few areas for improvement in your work character/ethic. The important thing is that you are honest about it and that you follow up a weakness with a tangible plan on how to improve on this point. For example, you can say that you are not very good with technology but that you are spending an hour or so a day working on it.
