The Top Chefs & Restaurants in the World: Infographic

October 8, 2011 by Fansboy O5 5 Comments

Following the success of our recent visual look at wine, we once again present an infographic- this time presenting the top chefs and restaurants in the world, as of 2011. Celebrity chefs and their restaurants have become more popular than ever before in recent times. With shows hosted by the likes of Gordon Ramsey in the US and European shows featuring chefs such as Raymond Blanc or Jamie Oliver, it seems that whenever you turn on the TV these days- a foodie show can be watched. But have these celebrity chef shows truly changed the landscape of food? Is Gordon Ramsey truly a top chef? Are Jamie Oliver’s seemingly simple recipes, in his quest to put ‘healthy’ back in eating, real exquisite pearls to try out? Is Paula Deen the cooking queen you want to let prepare your holiday dinner?

Here are the results that we came up with from our research…

As ever, our thanks to InfographicLabs for their work and to Recipe Finder for their support. Let us know what you think! Who are the chefs, or the restaurants, that you would have included?
