Choose a first name that has meaning. There are online dictionaries that will give you the meanings of most English names. Choose a name that gives character to your child the moment it is spoken.
Don’t allow undue pressure and influence from family. Some family members can be patronizing when it comes to naming babies, but this is your baby and you have every right to decide what they will be called.
