Exercises for Sagging Breasts
The first thing you should do is to do warm up exercises. Do some stretching exercises. You can also do some cardio exercises so that your heart rate is at the optimal state before you start your actual exercises. Doing warmups will allow your muscles to loosen up and minimize the possibility of any kind of injury.
One exercise you can do is to do bench presses. A bench press will work the important muscles on your chest. You can choose to do a flat, incline or decline bench press, depending on your preference, although for maximum results you should do all three so that your chest muscles are given the maximum workout.
Use free weights for this exercise. Start with a relatively light weight first so you can focus on the proper posture and movement. You can move on to heavier weights when you have the techniques down pat and your muscles can handle the added load. When doing a decline bench, use the leg rest so you won’t slide down.
The proper technique for bench presses is to lower the weights until it is about an inch away from your chest. Make sure that the weights are in line with your nipples. Lift the weights but be conscious that you’re also using your chest muscles to lift the weights and not just your arm muscles. Raise the weights until your elbows lock straight. Start with ten repetitions first and just increase as you get more comfortable with the weight.
You should also do exercises to strengthen your pectorals. Lie down on a flat bench. Hold the dumbbell above your chest with your hands inwards cradling the dumbbell. Now widen your arms slowly by bending your elbows, which will lower the dumbbell. Go back to the starting position being conscious to squeeze your chest muscles as you do so. A set or two of this exercise will strengthen your pectoral muscles.
These two exercises will help firm up your breasts the natural way.
