There are some who take apple cider vinegar before they take a meal, which is the most popular method of taking it. Take one to three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before you eat. If you can’t take the sourness of the vinegar, you can sweeten it with a little honey. You can also dilute it in a little water. For some, the vinegar is added to juices while they eat their meal. This is perfect for orange or tomato juice, which are a good match with apple cider vinegar.
Aside from taking vinegar before meals you can also incorporate it in your cooking. You can use it as a vinaigrette in your agent or as an ingredient in a sauce. You can also use it as a souring agent in what you’re cooking.
Quantity is not what makes apple cider vinegar effective for weight loss. If you think that drinking a cup or so a day is going to make you lose weight faster, you’re mistaken. When buying apple cider vinegar don’t just get any brand. You have to choose a brand in which the vinegar has gone through fewer processes. Vinegar that has been pasteurized, distilled or filtered has undergone far too many processes. The three mentioned processes are not really needed. When looking for apple cider vinegar, just look for one that has gone through double fermentation and was made with whole apples. These are the only things you need on your vinegar.
