We all need certain amounts of protein in our diets. If you do not eat meat or dairy products, there are other food items which can provide you with the protein that you need.
Legumes and grains will do you good. Black beans and rice. Soy beans. Nuts and seeds. You can also have your fill of tofu, which is made from soy. There’s tempeh, another soybean product. Cale, a green leafy vegetable, also has protein. There is so much to work with in terms of plant-based protein sources. The trick is in mixing it up so that you won’t get bored with your diet.
